Lately I’ve noticed that when I reach out to my bank, they reply instantly through their chat app — no hold music, no waiting. It’s such a shift from even a few years ago. I’m curious, for those who run or work with businesses, what kind of new tools or tech have really changed how you serve customers? I’m thinking about trying something similar for my own small shop.
